2. Due to our hotel prices change frequently, you must contact us promptly within 24 hours after Hotelsangil.com has confirmed your booking.
3. To match a better price the client must show proof of a lower price for the same type of room and the occupation, the same facilities and the same dates, and that the terms and conditions of the booking made are identical to those offered by Hotelsangil.com.
4. Hotelsangil.com must check the veracity and availability of the offer submitted by the client. The guarantee is valid only if the room to lower the price can be booked online.
5. If the request is correct and we can check the offer submitted by the client, Hotelsangil.com will contact you via phone or email, confirming the new rate to be applied immediately.
6. The guarantee will not apply to packages which include a range of tourist facilities or group rates.
